Beenleigh 2015 5 Year Old
This Australian rum was distilled in 2015 and aged in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks for 5 years. One of two releases in 2021, these were the first collaborations with Velier in their famous "black bottle" releases.
The rum was column-distilled before being redistilled in the Beenleigh copper pot stills. It was then aged in the arid desert conditions of Riverland, South Australia.

The alcoholic beverages division of the Bickford's Group in Australia. The company was founded in 2002 following its acquisition of the Vok liqueurs brand. It acquired the Beenleigh rum label in 2004, later reuniting it with the distillery of the same name in 2012.
