A brand of clairin produced at the Chelo distillery in Haiti. The spirit was discovered by Luca Gargano and Daniele Biondi in 2012, and introduced to export markets in 2014 alongside Casimir and Vaval. Most Sajous is sold in its traditional unaged form, however Vieux Sajous was introduced in 2020.
