A historic rum distillery that was once owned by British sugar merchant, Tate & Lyle, before being nationalised by the Trinidadian government in the 1970s. It eventually closed in 2003 and the last of the distillery's stock and its brand name were acquired by Italian distributor, Velier.
A brand of independently bottled rum and Scotch whisky, produced for and marketed by the Italian distributor, Cuzziol. Released in the early 2010, its rum range included a variety of interesting single cask releases that included closed distilleries such as Uitvlugt, Enmore and Caroni.
A long-serving Italian distributor and wholesaler, founded by Renzo Cuzziol in 1955. Originally dealing primarily in food and locally-produced beers, subsequent generations have introduced high-end wine and spirits to the company portfolio. The latter was spun-off into Cuzziol Grandivini in 2015.
