An American spirits company founded in 2010 by Andrew Cabot. Established in Ipswich, MA, the company opened the Privateer distillery the following year, where it primarily produces a range of rums, as well as occasional gin spirit runs.
A collection of special single batch expressions that showcase the best of what this distillery's spirit can offer. The name of the series is inspired by a distiller that Andrew Cabot met in the Caribbean who always kept a bottle of his finest distillate in his desk drawer.
