Heriberto Duquesne Central is a sugar factory in Cuba with a small distillery operation housed within it. It is owned by the Cuban government through its AzCuba company and is located within the province of Villa Clara. While the factory (previously known as Adela Central) was built in 1868, the distillery was only opened in 1944 and originally operated under the separate name, Santa Fé.

Rum brands produced using spirit distilled at Heriberto Duquesne Central include Ron Vacilón, Mulata and the Ron Vigia SA portfolio.
