Beenleigh 2015 Transcontinental Rum Line #35
This rum was distilled in 2015 and aged for two years in Australia before being moved to Europe to mature for a further two years.
Beenleigh
A historic rum producer located in Queensland and the oldest registered distillery in Australia. Acquired by Vok Beverages in 2012, it produces its flagship Beenleigh brand alongside the company's other label, Inner Circle.
Transcontinental Rum Line
A collection of independently bottled rums, first introduced by La Maison du Whisky in 2016. The series focusses on rums that have been aged both tropically and continentally, itemising the duration each rum has spent in both locations on its labels.
La Maison du Whisky
A French company also known by the acronym, LMDW, founded in 1956 by Georges Benitah. It is now one of the largest spirits importers and distributors in Europe. Its has significant rum interests though its LM&V partnership with Velier in Italy and also produces several of its own brands.
