This was the second special bottling of Caroni, produced by and for members of the Caroni Rom Dansk group. It was produced with assistance from both Joshua Singh of 1423 and Dominik Marwede of Rum Artesanal (Heinz Eggert). The latter provided the cask while the former was again entrusted with the bottling. The remaining liquid after 100 bottles were filled was then sold to Rom de Luxe.
A historic rum distillery that was once owned by British sugar merchant, Tate & Lyle, before being nationalised by the Trinidadian government in the 1970s. It eventually closed in 2003 and the last of the distillery's stock and its brand name were acquired by Italian distributor, Velier.
An online fan community of Danish Caroni rum enthusiasts. Stemming from Facebook, the group was established in 2014 by René Dalby Rimpler. It was then later entrusted to Alexander Vincit, Kenneth Autzen and Claus Andersen. The group has produced two of its own independent bottlings.
