The only remaining rum distillery in Guyana and the producer of the El Dorado brand. Currently owned and operated by Demerara Distillers Ltd, the distillery is home to a number of the country's famous heritage stills, several of which are constructed out of wood.

An American independent bottler, co-founded in 2019 in Irvington, New York by Eric Kaye and Maura Gedid. Its flagship brand is the Holmes Cay label, offering both single cask and single origin small batch releases of rum sourced from across the world.
