Sainte-Marthe was a sugar facotry and distillery in Guadeloupe that produced rhum de sucrerie (industrial molasses rum) until its closure in 1974. It is notable in collatable rum circles due to being the home of the Domaine de Courcelles pot still, which was moved there in 1964 after the closure of the eponymous estate.

A legendary batch of Domaine de Courcelles rum was distilled at Sainte-Marthe in 1972, which has been bottled by a variety of companies over the years, most notably Velier and Distillerie Poisson.
