Caroni Employees

The Caroni Employees series is a range of bottling from the legendary Caroni distillery, released across six batches between 2018 and 2021 by Velier. Each bottling in the collection features the image of one of the distillery's former members of staff, culminating with a group shot on the final release called Employees United.

The first two batches were two-bottle sets in 2018 and 2019, with subsequent releases being three-bottle sets. The first two bottling were vattings of casks selected by Luca Gargano and Olivier Sears, whereas the rest of the series is the result of casks selected by 26 people divided into "tasting gangs" who earmarked the casks from Velier's remaining stock in 2019.
