Caroni 2000 Full Proof Heavy - Basdeo 'Dicky' Ramsarran
This 200 vintage is from the 4th Release of the Caroni Employees series from Velier. It features Basdeo "Dicky" Ramsarran on its label, who worked as a blender and excise manager at the distillery for 20 years.
An example of HTR style rum, this is a vatting of six casks filled from the Indian mash column still at Caroni.
