Domaine de Courcelles was a a sugar factory located in Saint-Anne in the south of the Grande-Terre island of Guadeloupe. It was established in 1862 however did not produce any rum until 1931. Having been dstroyed by a cyclone in 1928, the site was acquired the following year by Société Anonyme des Sucreries et Distilleries de la Guadeloupe which included a distillery within the newly rebuilt site. It later passed into the control of André Bon's Société des Rhumeries de Saint-Louis in 1949.
Domaine de Courcelles operated a pot still and produced rhum de sucrerie (molasses rum) until its closure in 1964 when André Bon retired. Its pot still and remaining inventory was then moved to the Sainte-Marthe distillery where some new stock was also produced in the 1970s. Courcelles rum from both site is highly sought-after, particularly that from the original distillery.
